The HUB will be  a personalised service for;

Ex regular service personnel; Reservist’s who have served for a minimum of twelve months; Spouses and Dependants of both groups to access training support and employment opportunities, however there will be three ‘strands’ to the HUB 

  

• Helping those with multiple barriers to employment and training, who have found the transition to civilian life particularly challenging, i.e. physical or psychological disabilities; drug alcohol dependency; anger management issues etc to access employment opportunities 
• Helping those gain specific employment sector skills and access sustainable employment opportunities 
• Advice and guidance for those already employed who want to enhance and learn new skills to gain better employment opportunities or self employment. 

This questionnaire is designed to help Ex Regular Service Personnel (Royal Navy; Royal Air Force and Army);, their partners and dependants by creating potential opportunities in the Tees Valley area to access training for employment in a friendly and supportive environment.
